Return & Exchange Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase on most items.
Please Note: Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and energy sensitivity reasons.
We are a small business operating as Mythical Lotus in New York. We aim to offer a unique experience through our gemstones and intuitively designed, handmade jewelry. We are terribly sorry, but at this time Mythical Lotus is unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer a 30 day warranty on our jewelry pieces. If the mala or bracelet breaks, simply send it back to us and we'll fix it and send it back to you, free of charge! To do so, please send an email to info@mythicallotus.com with your Order # in the subject line. Please let us know what has broken in the email and be sure to attach a few photos. After we receive your request, we will communicate the next steps. We are pleased to offer you an extended one year limited warranty for malas and bracelets at an additional charge.
Please purchase jewelry cautiously as all sales are final. We are unable to meet the same expectations as a large manufacturer. This is what makes our jewelry so unique.
We spend hours sourcing our gems, designing each piece using mantras, knotting each bead by hand, and we even take it a step further by cleansing your jewelry with our traditional sambrani purifying ritual.
We appreciate your understanding. We encourage you to learn more about our processes before you purchase, to decide if this an experience you would like to enjoy, because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mythical Lotus.
